The Vestamid Care® ME product line consists of a variety of flexible polyether block amides (PEBA) in a range of hardnesses extrusion or injection molding. The broad range of flexibility of the Care ME resins makes them ideal for use in many different parts catheter construction, including the distal end, requiring a low modulus for non-traumatic insertion, or the proximal end, needing a high modulus for force and torque transmission.
Vestamid Care® ME resins are available as standard and bonding-modified grades, which adhere to EFEP fluoropolymers.
